Burgerim Louisville

First time ordering here. Very pleasant atmosphere, but the food is not good at all. Ordered two crab burgers which did not taste anything like crab. They were the size of an onion ring. It was mainly mushy crust. Even after we specifically asked for it to be cooked well done. Also ordered the cowboy burger specifically asked for Swiss cheese, but still received cheddar cheese. All 3 burgers looked tasted as if they could be found at your local grocery store. Personally the quality of the food was low. Will not be returning.

Good burgers. Service was fast and friendly. Did not eat in. Take out was a breeze. Lamb slider was great.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have quite enjoyed the food in the past. Unfortunately on my last two visits, there were issues with my order. Most recently I ordered takeaway and left instructions in my order (which I could see on the receipt) that were not followed.This normally wouldn't bother me too much, except that I have a dietary restriction which the food I got went against. It's pretty disappointing to have this happen multiple times, especially at the price point of the meals and given they advertise dietary accommodations.If you have restrictions yourself or just like to customize your order, I would be aware of this and be very clear when ordering if you choose to go.

Bbq wings were very good. Great size, amount of sauce and cooked perfect. The burgers were some of the best I have had. I did not care for the milkshakes. Tasted thin and watery. However we will definitely be back for the wings and burgers.

Pass. Hard pass. 2 burgers, fries, and drinks was $35. Absolutely not. Never again.I brought my girlfriend's son here. To our chagrin, we had to ask for extra ketchup multiple times since they don't have packets or bottles on the table. This is a small item that would elevate the customer experience.While he praised the burger as the best he ever had, I found it to be cooked over and fairly plain. It was lacking in juiciness. It was lacking in texture. The bun, veggies, and burger were all one soft blob that tasted mostly of bun.Hard pass. Hit me with anything else before coming back to BurgerIM.
