Buffalo Wild Wings - Louisiana

The service here is TERRIBLE! Once we got to our table it took the waitress at least 10 minutes to even come ask us for drinks and apps. When she got to the table she seemed annoyed and was talking to another waitress about taking our table. She didn’t even seem to retain our simple order we put in. We decided to put in our entire order which consisted of; 2 sodas and a beer and mozzarella sticks, wings and a kids cheeseburger. Sydney was great. We watched the game and it was great. Wings were okay.

I visited on friday because i had points to redeem for a free entree. The app wouldn’t allow me to place a to go order so i had togo inside the location. The to go girl lets me know she cant redeem the coupon because i had pressed the wrong button. I place my order, paid the full price and waited at the bar to have a drink while the food is cooked. She says ok i’ll bring it to the bar. She never bought it or let me know it was ready. I get the food on my way out and its hot but they are serving … – show

I tried the Bird Dawgs menu tonight, and I’m let down. The “loaded dawgs” were more depressed than anything. Also asked for ranch and got none. Where do I upload a photo?

Megan Annie behind the bar were perfect. Struck up conversation with customers, big smiles, and if everyone behaved with their class demeanor the world would be a better place. These 2 young ladies made a very sad for me, tolerable. Great service, empathy, compassion. This is 5 star HUMANITY, not customer service.
