Everything was good other than them not giving driver my 2 liter soda

The wait time is understandable given the current climate. However when I called to get an eta the manager in the background a woman) was ?yelling? to the man I was speaking to on the phone I got own driver and she?s two hours out. I said I?m calling toconfirm that my order is still out for delivery because my email said it was out for delivery 20 minutes ago and you all aredown the street. He said it will be a few minutes I said don?t you need my name and to look it up ? He said no and the managerin the back continued to yell in the background instead of getting on the phone and help answer my question. So I just spent 40on pizza that I have no clue where it is and got terrible customer service. Highly disappointed in this service.

Ordered pick up and was told it would be ready in 10-20 min. I arrived in over 30 min and no pizza. Nearly 20 min later, they discovered my order was sitting in the warmer. The pizza was just okay, since it was barely warm.

I ordered bacon on both pizzas, but there was only a small amount, not even a full strip. However, the pizza itself was really good. They just need to add a bit more toppings when preparing the pizzas.

Consistently punctual with accurate order details, and the food is always fresh. The staff is friendly as well. I've been enjoying this place for years!
