Maolin Tavern - Louang Namtha

Very stylish and not asian, so if they want a western mood, entertainment, decoration and beer, it is. large selection of bottle beer and 4 or 5 hahn. I wonder about the fresh of imported beer, given the great selection and the long logistics, so we decided to have a good beerlao!

You can enjoy food and drinks in comfort. The food is so-so,,, but they sell a menu that goes well with beer and alcohol. It was located close to the night market. It was just that the tables were sloppy and it was unsettling to put food there.

Was a bit disappointed to see that they charrged us more than the price shown on the menu, apparently a service charge per beer... They seem to have a large selection of beers but hidden charges are quite disappointing. They have a pool table.

Good place to chill ... Free wifi, cold beer. The food is average. This is the first time having a caesar salad with soft lettuce leaves, rather than crispy ones. The calamari's batter was also too thick, and the pieces could use a bit more frying in hotter oil. The deviled eggs were good, although a bit bland. Overall recommendation is to come here for the drinks and the free WiFi.
