We stopped by chance, because of suggestions from Google Maps looking for a place to eat on the way from Cáceres to Andalusia. The result could not be better. A traditional inn, super friendly people, efficient kitchen, abundant dishes... You couldn't ask for more. We ordered a Sarmiento chicken and a rice with partridge for one person. The chicken with a flavor like we have never tasted before, it cannot be defined, it is spectacular. With the chicken (it's a whole chicken) we were satisfied so we ordered the rice to go, and they kindly left it in the casserole for us. They also gave us a gift for the return, which we tasted at home along with the rice. We already have a place to stop when we go to Extremadura. Congratulations to the owners.
