Bambu Sunset Bar - Los Ingenios

This place is now called Cocodrillo Bar/Restaurant and Bungalows. Excellent rich breakfast buffet or fully cooked to order dishes from Marta. All delicious! Especially the fresh margaritas, coffee and tapas liked. Try the cucumber slices with Guac and grilled shrimps! We came them almost daily during our 10-day La Manz stay. Mateo, Marta, Roberto, Marcos and the staff always took care of us. They also have 4 new studios by the sea for rent.

Bamboo is a short walk over a small bridge from Jardin. Close enough to several restaurants for a cocktail before dinner. Small space, but always very clean and clean. The view is wonderful and makes a great place for a cocktail while waiting for the sunset. You often have live music. I am here several times and the drinks are good (Margaritas can be fatal). You also have very good food. I had the guacamole and chips and the guacamole was fresh and beautifully prepared with fresh chips.

Everything is five stars... it is super clean, fresh food prepared in wonderful way, and you need to try their amazing sunset margaritas! The live music of Chava on Tuesday is not to be missed... he is really talented.

Great place... food, drinks, staff, view, sunsets... and music!! The owners are so friendly.... You just can't miss it!

This restaurant is right on the beach and is perfect for beautiful sunsets. The food is very good. The staff is wonderful, they are the owners and are very helpful. This past winter there was a wonderful young musician who played every Tues. evening. We loved his music. It was a place that you could meet people and share your holidays.
