Subway - Los Gatos

Long story short, I ordered a sandwich on Subway app the app took my money I never got a sandwich. After letting Subway know, the owner reached out to me and was so helpful, she offered to give me a free sandwich. The money got ultimately wascredited back to me through my bank, but I appreciated her help! I have always had my orders made correctly at this location andthey always come out delicious!

This Subway is clean. The staff is pleasant and nice. The food was delicious. Meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese bread is a good choice on a cold day!

I have always had my orders made correctly at this location and they are always delicious.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches were excellent with a variety of options to choose from at reasonable prices. However, the tuna did not taste fresh.
