Jersey Mike's Subs - Los Gatos

Glad they had gluten free bread They use Udi's though, which is not my favorite. I had a simple turkey provolone sandwich and was ok. Will try the hot chicken cheese sandwich next time which I hope to have more flavor. Staff was ok too.

Sandwich quality is pretty good, but most of the employees are slow and always talking they have no sense of urgency and don't care. Maybe it's because they're all young or they were just raised wrong not sure. Takes approx 10 minutes to make one sandwichwith nobody in line. They will literally stop making the sandwich and talk over it. Today it was 9 minuets.

This food is f?ing delicious. Better sandwiches than subway and togos by a long shot. Only problem is they make you so f?ing fat lol.

Let me say up front that I?m a big fan of Jersey Mike?s. However, I?m not a fan of this location. I placed an order online and they completely ignored my topping requests. From what I can tell they just closed their eyes and threw on whatever their handsfound first. I specifically said no mayo; it?s swimming mayo, I asked for spicy mustard, I got extra mayo; I asked for pepperrelish; I got?.more mayo! They did get the meat and bread right. I?ll continue ordering from Jersey Mike?s, but I?ll go theextra distance to a different location.

The last time before today, I gave you 5 star because I had an online order and pick up, and everybody was happy in the store. But today when I got there, everybody was confused, and after a while 2 people in a row asked me about what I need, Isaid I'm going to order number 64 which is Portabella Mushroom Cheese, then she said oh you haven't ordered yet? I saidNo. After a while the 2nd person asked me how can I help you? I said can I get number 64? then he left. After a while the 3rdperson came and he even didn't asked me what I want, just looked at the monitor and they talked together. Then I looked at them,I saw nobody is watching me, then I decided to leave the store because I thought that I am a ghost who nobody is able to see orhere me.
