Yogurtland - Los Angeles

Great location with plenty of outdoor seating and great service. They have a lot of great flavors including two non-dairy (Mango Rocket Fruit Punch). Unlike other frozen dessert places they add topping for you of your choice behind the counter space with tons of fruit, chocolate and goodies to indulge in.I never notice the gendered spoons (pink for girls and green for boys) until tonight, but I'm guessing this is a Yogurt Land thing.... Even when there were clearly more green spoons in reach the servers still stop themselves and always gave pink spoons to people they would assume identify as female solo... It's 2021 Yogurtland... Chill out... It's a spoon.The tables aren't kept up well outside, but the location itself is always spotless. Parking can be a journey especially on weekends but you'll manage.

Always clean. Not as many different flavors as usual...a couple of variations on chocolate for example (Choc., Rocky Road, Mocha) rather than three different flavor profiles.....but I am just being picky today...

The girl in there Today is loud and rude and tried to charge me over $11.00 for the Same amount of yogurt I usually get all over California, that is only $7.00!!! It want even that much! Plus, She and the boy were rude! Music blaring and Not friendly at all! Then, she tried to rob me!! NOT GOING BACK!

My daughter just had an accident with the ice cream we just bought, she dropped it on the floor, we tried to talk to the manager to see if she could replace the yogurtland, and we have covered very little empathy from the manager by telling us that We would have to pay one more time for our yogurtland, for which I have paid almost 14.00 both because I am with my two daughters, and I understand that my daughter had the accident, but I am very upset with the manager's little empathy for not having Minimal consideration for a 7-year-old girl who lost her Yogrthland. very sad the NO consideration of the manager and the little empathy of the manager towards a child.

I wish they would improve. It seems like they are just cutting corners to save money. They could have customers serve themselves if they kept the place cleaner. The flavors are excellent, the prices are reasonable, and I'm glad they stay open until 10. Overall, I would still give them 4 stars!
