This is my decades long go to spot for tasty, fresh, Mexican favorites. I started coming here as a college student because it was priced right and the carne asada burritos were bomb!! Now my college aged son and I come here to watch futbol and fill our tummies.

Used Viva Fresh for a business lunch. They provided great food and great service. Carolina was helpful with the large order and even called me afterward to make sure all went well.

The service was great but the food was average not bad or great. The atmosphere was less than desirable but the customer service was excellent! The help behind the counter was wonderful and welcoming and the food preparers were careful and packed my to go order very neatly. I would go back in a pinch but would not add it to my list of good local Mexican food.

We have tried this place twice now, once we dinned in and the last time we did take away. I was hoping it would get better, but it just does not. It has gotten worse.Now, the place is super cute on the inside and out. We love the exterior. It is comfortable inside.The service is wonderful. We have always had great service and they get the order right the first time.The problem is the food. It is just not good. Their rice is dry and whatever they add to make it so orange is not good. It tastes like something I would get in a frozen dinner from the market. It is truly uneatable. Their beans are fine, just like you might get at any cheap place.The enchiladas are the worst. Trust me on this. The cheese ones have lots of cheese and that is nice, but where is the tortilla that should be used to stuff the cheese in and then put more cheese on top. I could not find it, I could not taste it, I actually thin they just took a bunch of melted cheese and put it in the box. Now, that is just terrible.I wish I could say something good about their food, but I can't.
