The food was really bad and cold, the drinks were ok and the service was slow. Very disappointed
It would take alot for me to come back here. Even with a reservation we had to wait 30 mins to be seated. Once we placed our order, it was brought about 30-40 mins after. Waiter only came by once to ask how we were doing, and had to find someone to provide us with utensils, after the food came. We still tipped 15%, but looking back the blame should be shared with the staff and restaurant.
We arrived 10 minutes before our 7 o'clock reservation and was told to wait until our designated time. Then two other couples said that their reservation was at 6pm and 6:30pm and they were still waiting. The hostess said no walk ins only reservations. Then a gentleman came to the front and immediately sat the two couples down. Then there were other people with resevations waiting in the bar area, who also were waiting more than 45 minutes. Long story short we sat down at 7:30pm. The restaurant was full. The bar and food service was slow. We had to ask for everything napkins, silverware, etc. The server tried his best but we felt rushed. The floor was dirty, tables not cleaned up. Very disappointing. The food was not great. The pollo en mole was fried half chicken with extra thick mole sauce on the plate. Not appetizing. Needless to say we will not return here nor will we recommend it to your friends.
Arrived 15 minutes early for a 6;45pm reservation. People who had 6pm reservations were still waiting for tables. The hosts were rude, sarcastic, and entirely unable to manage the restaurant. We were never seated and ultimately had a nice dinner at the Ritz, but were made late for our event as a result of the horrific management and overbooking at Ross Mexicana.
