Place has great ambience, dishes were really tasty and the service was spectacular. Highly recommend this place. Make a reservation as this place is crowded.

We had a dinner on Thanksgiving day, when pretty much everything around was closed. Lucky to find this place. The quality of the food is outstanding. In terms of ambience it lies exactly between something that is too casual and fancy. More on the casual side. Just enough aesthetic added, Kendall, and beautiful mural on the wall, to make it feel like a restaurant. The prices are above moderate, but it is justified by location and the quality of everything else. Very attentive service. You can see their genuinely care about this place. We had chicken masala and tofu masala, and it was really really good. They also have the best and creamiest mango lasse I ever had in my life! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Roots. The service was very good and the food excellent. We started with paneer Masala fries, they were a wonderful treat. The chicken tikka masala was also super tasty. Actually everything we ate was terrific. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.
