Bidra med feedbackThe manager was very rude to me, even though I was polite. Purpose She's not your hard-earned money here, too, she treats her employees as if they're stupid. If you work here, I'm sorry you have to watch with the rude manager. Treat your guest politely or they will not come back, this is the last time you come here.
This was my first time in this Panda Express. The lady who served our food was rude from the beginning at our interaction. I asked for 1/2 rice 1/2 chow mine and I got too much rice. I ordered the steak (premium side) and Kung Pao Chicken and she gave me less than one spoon. I left with a half empty plate. The attitude of the cashier was not better and on her bad attitude she also seemed to be attentive. She didn't know how to properly ring our order and had a stupid look at her face still had the nerve to have an attitude like we had the problem.
Order by postmates 05/03. orange chicken fried rice and chow mine.huh was dry and got no nuds just twirl and celery. I will never order from this panda express about postmates again. I sent a complaint to postmates, but I didn't get a reply. check their order before. I sent pictures by postmates app, but unfortunately I didn't save them on my phone so I can't post them here. ?
I 'm someone who normally doesn 't submit bad reviews, but the service at this Panda Express was horrible and the food quality was awful. The person who served me was Mari C. and she had a terrible attitude from start to finish. Here 's a tip for her, if she 's having a bad day or hates her job, don 't take it out on customers. I went there soon after they opened, figuring that the food would be fresh. Clearly I was wrong, very few entrée selections and the food that was available didn 't look too fresh. If I wasn 't on a lunch break I would have just left. So I got the two entrée plate, I ordered a premium entrée and the teriyaki chicken. She quickly added the chicken to the plate and headed to the register. So I said wait, can I have teriyaki sauce? With an attitude she says, we ran out. Ran out of teriyaki? Okay whatever, it happens. Why didn 't she say that after I asked for teriyaki chicken? What she should have said at the beginning was, I 'm sorry we 're out of teriyaki sauce, is that okay? Or would you like something else? Then I would have either asked for something else or said I 'll keep the chicken. In this case I decided to instead go with the orange chicken. Then she got an attitude about me changing the entrée to orange chicken. The quality of the orange chicken was terrible, it was hard and practically inedible. This location needs to be visited by the Panda Express corporate office, unless bad customer service and poor food quality is part of the Panda Express brand. I certainly will not be back.
One employee stands out as professional, friendly and hard working. Some of the other employees are indifferent to huge lines (which always come when Steph is on break). These employees seem to laugh and take great pleasure at allowing the lunch and dinner lines to go out of the store before starting to serve the customers. Steph is a winner and the only reason I go to this store once and a while! Her co workers are a different story. Yesterday, a Hispanic woman started to take my order, and then she ran away. Nobody took her place and it appeared she went to serve somebody who had a take out order. Now about 10 people were in line and nobody took her place. Outrageous. She was very rude to me when I checked out and I don't think she even realized I was the one she abandoned. Clueless. It is obvious that the employees are intentionally giving bad service and possibly even putting things in the food as a way of sending a clear message to the Black community surrounding this store. It is like spitting in their face. Wow. Not a single Black employee. Something needs to be done about the Asian employee who laughs and grins when the lines get long. I wonder if she is some type of sadist?
