Called in order of one 7 mares and a chicken soup I used grub hub for the first time and received from grub hub $12 off. Order was placed, I get a call from Jennifer telling me they don 't have any chicken soup so I tell her replace it with another 7 mares soup she said its $3.50 more and said she will make an adjustment on my debit card hangs up, then a few minutes later calls me back to tell me she cancelled the order was not able to make an adjustment so she said I need to place a new order so I let her know that I used a first time promo with grub hub that discounted $12 and if I place a new order I am not abble to use that promo anymore so she goes on to tell me its not her problem!! really its not her problem!!! which was really rude so I tell her she could have just told me to pay the difference of $3.50 over the phone which she didn 't so she goes on to say it 's not her problem and she is not going to give me a discount which I never asked for, I ask her for her name she says im Jennifer and ask for the manager she says im the manager so I told her that is not how you treat your customers which she tries to argue with me at that point I told her you have a nice day. She could have handled this in a much more professional way I would have gladly payed the difference if she would 've asked!!
I feel that In person is different than food to go. When we have gone in person the food is okay , but yesterday was horrible but just my burrito . I wouldn't feed that to my dog . Let's start off by saying Service is friendly, other burrito de lengua was good . It was just the alpastor burrito but just the meat was all burnt. Everything else in the burrito was good. But I feel that they used old meat just burnt it up stuffed into the burrito. I would I have preferred they said they were out then giving me this. I would be embarrassed as a business owner to have that plate leaving my restaurant . The situation was handled . My mom got the refund for burrito but I just hope they take this seriously because I truly enjoy the food there but I'm not gonna spend my hard earned money on burnt meat. ! Also to the cook who served this , can I ask you honestly would you feed this to yourself or your loved ones. ? If not why even chance it and do this to a paying customer. I'm sure you would feel the same.
