Birdies - Los Angeles

I got the Spicy chicken breakfast burrito with the apple caramel donut. The donut was decent and I’m glad you could choose if you want the chicken grilled or fried. The spicy breakfast burrito was actually really spicy because of the peppers they had in there but I loved it and it was so big I split it into two portions. The only thing I didn’t like had nothing to do with the food. There was a homeless man that came in and the employee made him leave but afterwards the employee called him a crackhead in front of customers. Now I don’t live in LA but you never know someone’s story on how they got there.

I absolutely loved everything I tried at this restaurant. The first thing that caught my eye as I walked in was the beautiful display of donuts, just waiting to be enjoyed. I decided to try their breakfast burrito, which was absolutely fantastic. The level of spiciness was just right and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The tater tots were also amazing and Birdies definitely knows how to deliver on this front. Their donuts were exquisite, especially the horchata and bacon-maple flavors. Their coffee selection was great as well. What truly stood out to me was the friendly and welcoming staff. My experience here was wonderful and I highly recommend it. Plus, like many places in LA, this restaurant is pet-friendly.

Friendly staff and the breakfast burrito was really out of this world. It’s a very unique on the classic. The fried chicken was fantastic with soft potatoes and a tasty sauce inside. We didn’t try a donut but they looked amazing. The reason for four stars is that the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. So maybe just don’t use it and focus on the food.

Don't miss out on the delicious donuts, they are fantastic! And the chicken sandwich is also very tasty.

The place is a fantastic spot at any point of the week. The drinks are fantastic. My personal recommendation is the horchata latee. The sandwhiches are a great way to spend a lunch. The donuts are also amazing for breakfast or if you’re looking for a sweet treat. Service is great and warm.
