Valentino's Pizza - Los Alamitos

Real pizza! I had a cheese pizza and brotsticks for ling on Friday and was not disappointed. owner was great and pizza was from this world!

First they gave my order to a random person without confirming their names or their order and tried to say that it was my fault. I was in charge when she returned the order and our commands were similar, but not the same. then I had to wait another 45 minutes so that they could take me another one. then the owner still accused me of the full price and offered no harm to his fault. when I pointed out the fact that there should be a mistake in this way, he tried to give me the garlic bread from the previous order. the lady had already gone to the house, opened the command and brought him back. as we are still in the COVID era, I refused to accept the garlic bread. When I refused to give the garlic bread, he'll give me a soda can. my job was $50. this guy is rude and cheap. I will never order from this facility again. extremely poor customer service. I just wanted to add this supplement because it's ridiculous! After I've been through all this, I've already said! you can't open this stuff!

The pizza was overly priced and the quality was no better than a Domino's or Little Caesars and the extra large was the size of a Domino's large for over $25 and it wasn't very tasty I don't recommend it.

I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are tasty and the team is efficient and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a pleasant time. warmly recommended.
