A La Waffle - Los Alamitos

I did it! Not only was it delicious (cookie butter waffle and apple cake cinnamon roll), but it belongs to a powerful woman who reaches her dreams! Super sweet and a model for future girls to become their own bosses when they find their passion! SERIOUSIA, if biscuit waffle <3

Overall pretty fun place. Atmosphere was great, staff were friendly, and they had lots of options. Comparing these waffles (the actual waffle part, not ice cream or toppings) were average. Not as good as similar offerings I’ve had at other waffle dessert places.

Best waffles!! Seriously they make better waffles than I do. I don’t know what it is but it’s one of the best waffles I’ve tasted. Very airy and full of flavor. So much goodness!

My siblings I have this thing where whenever it's just us getting together, we try to get dessert (mostly they do it for me because I'm the one with the sweet tooth they do it to make me happy). After having all you can eat sushi, we were trying to figure out what dessert places were open late on a Thursday night. The options were limited the only thing I was craving was something crepe like or waffles. Luckily, this place was open. So my siblings I headed out to this place. At first, I was worried because this was the only store in the plaza. That the lights were dimmed pretty low in the store, but it adds to the ambiance of the place. Inside we found a few people either studying, enjoying their late night dessert, eventually, some officers in the area enjoying the coffee. These waffles are so fluffy you can select from their pre-made options or make one up of your own. Aside from this, they also have pazookies other seasonal desserts. So stop by here, the staff is super nice as well will offer you suggestions.

Wow, so super impressed with this place!!! Everything was delicious. The waffles were nice and light and perfectly crispy. The vanilla ice cream on top tasted heavenly. Everything had the perfect amount of sweetness (not overly sweet or overindulgent) and therefore you can finish one waffle by yourself without it being too much. We also ordered a Vietnamese coffee and milk tea with boba. Both drinks were full of real flavor and not just full of sugar like at other boba places. You could really taste quality in everything we ordered. The service was also stellar. Samantha rang us up, brought out our food, and checked in on us. She was super sweet, polite, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we were satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend this place!!! We will definitely be coming back.
