Bidra med feedbackBecause I am a high-risk individual for COVID, I ordered to pick up the app at this Dunkin. There are no designated pick-up parking places, so I moved to the curb and clicked? On the app. It didn't take long until a nice young employee delivered my order. I wish I could tap her or catch her name-they were very polite and kept her distance. It was incredibly busy inside and I could see that they were stressed, but still managed to be friendly and polite. The coffee was also pipin hot! This is a big plus in my book. I just give 4 stars to confusion for curb-side pickup.
I wanted to send a short note of appreciation on your Lorton site. Since your manager Z arrived, the whole restaurant ALOT has improved. It is always so clean now and everyone is so fast and super friendly. Z goes out of her way to say hello come to everyone and always smiles. She really knows how to make the morning better. Your staff is also so nice and will go out for their customers. I just wanted to thank you.
I will not waste my time purchasing your products until you are open. I get the whole social distancing but there were people inside, with the door locked. I will go somewhere else, where I can walk up to a counter and order my food and beverages. Your loss of business.
No bacon on one of my sandwich coffee was like milk I asked after 2 creams only no milk. can not even complain because the line is always busy
Honestly, I would just avoid this place and the 10 minutes drive to thru Starucks. Even dunkin donuts. You turn off the espresso 30 minutes before the store is closed. my drink was wrong, so I just asked if they could give it back instead of making it new they just put it in a bigger cup and add more ice cream. The drink was completely too sweet, I had specified from the beginning I wanted light syrup. I am not sure why, but the male employee said that this is their policy, they stop espresso at a certain time to clean their machine. I worked at 3 different places that served coffee and never heard the espresso machines 30 minutes before closing, maybe 10, but not 30 minutes. The whole experience with the employees was only very strange accompanied by bad customer service. As Barista for more than 5 years, I've never even told a customer that I'm special about their drink when I'm making it wrong. Idk was starting from Barista, he thought the whole situation was funny.
