Fox's Pizza And Bakery

Shout out to Fox's for excellent customer service! We had 5 x-large pizzas delivered for our Resident Super Bowl party. 3 of the 5 were pretty messed up ... which is very rare ... I called, explained the situation and they were so awesome ... we had 3 new pizzas within a half hour!!We order a lot of pizzas from Fox's and are always pleased!!from: the Residents of Aperion Care

Called and left hold for 15 mins twice in a row. No response

I ordered in person when I got the food. Delivered an hour and 40 minutes later. There was no bakery when I called. They told me basically to go pound sand they said they could do nothing about it. Instead of telling me that when I paid for my order. On top of that, the food was terrible. Add the delivery driver couldn't find his way out of the parking lot All this After I had been a loyal customer for the last 25 years. I will never go back.

Best pizza in Wilmington. Just wish they had a stuffed pizza or deep dish. I would order from here twice as often.

So I bought 2 meals from Fox's this past week. First time was a pizza with onion mushroom and chicken. It had very weird taste. Not sure if it was the chicken or shrooms or what. Next day I had diarrhea and it looked like the sauce and was horrible! Last night I decided to give them another chance and got a poor boy that was not fully cooked...still red red on the inside. To top it off the young delivery driver was in front yard yelling on the phone about how long it took me to get to door. Got it all on the Ring. They were 20 minutes early and I was dealing with children so it took me 2 minutes to get to door. I will not be trying again and will not recommend to anyone.
