Charleys Cheesesteaks - Lorain

I have experienced nothing but prompt service as well as professionalism from all staff. One in particular, named Josue, that is always working drive thru. Nothing but positivity and kindness when I come to this location every week. This employee remains consistent with the treatment of customers. When a staff is professional as well as always treating the customers as their #1 priority, then you know you have a gold team. Well done! Will be seeing you again next week!!

They have the best Philly steak and cheese of any place around and their blueberry-lemonade is so refreshing!

We have been going to the Charley's cheesesteak and wings on Leavitt road since they open and have always had nothing but the best of food and service. Well tonight we stopped by and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The young lady that took our order seemed agitated at our meer presence. She over talked me as I was ordering causing her to have to ask for my order over again. My husband loves the wings and raves about their freshness, until tonight the wings were stale. The subs and fries were cold and so was the service. One bad meal we can over look but the bad service is a deal breaker. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Every time we?ve been here, the staff are so friendly! French fries are always hot and fresh and the lemonades are the best I?ve had!

Ok so on the down side the sandwiches are pretty dry to me. But I don't really go there for the sandwiches. I go for the strawberry lemonade. ???? When they have blueberries ???? I have them mix the strawberry ???? and blueberries ???? and pay for extra of each fruit in my drink! It is literally my favorite thing to drink EVER!!!!! I could seriously go there for just those drinks and say heck with the food. But my husband and son love ?? the sandwiches/subs????. I'm just VERY PICKY!! My biggest downside is that the closest one to me is in Amherts, Ohio. They would make a killing from me alone, if they opened one even as close to me as Sandusky! I'd probably go broke, but it would be worth it LOL ????!!! Please bring back the blueberries ???? and get rid of the watermelon ????. That's definitely not a good combo. But your getting 4?s because is my favorite lemonades ???? ???? ????!!!! I wish I could post a pic but their cups are black so you can't see it. Just trust me, they are amazing!!!
