I?m aware that is just a mcdonalds but I expect a slightly higher standard of service at the very least when a manager is present. They mistakenly had me pay for the wrong order then when I got to the second window tried to give me said order again. I get home with my correct order only to find it wrong again. Asked for a plain burger and definitely didn?t get that.
This McDonalds manager should go back to school. I ordered, McChicken, Bacon McDouble fries.I drove to Curbside 1 and placed the order with McDonalds app for. After about 5 minutes wait worker came over and asked what i am waiting for, i said that i am waiting for my order i placed on the app. After another 5 minutes manager came outside asking what did i ordered. I told her what i ordered. She asked me for some sort of code which app supposed to give me, however i did not got a code but i told her that i have receipt which i have in my email. and that is the only confirmation i have about my order, she insisted on that code from my app.I explained her again that i don't have code and tried to explain her that the receipt is my proof of purchase and if he does not like that then i don't know what to do.She said again that she needs a code... So I said so what should i do now? She said that i have to wait until i will get a code and she left. I did not had any more time to wait so i drove away.After that i called McDonald's phone number and spoke with some lady because i need a refund. She wrote down all details and told me that i will get a refund and a call back from someone. It happened 10 days ago and i did not get my refund or any call back.
Slow service, waited over 20 minutes to get happy meal and double cheesburger. Nobody seems to be in charge. Only one dude making burgers with like 10 people waiting inside and 20 cars outside. People working in this McDonalds are lost and time and space.
I would not recommend this place and I have been to my fair share of McDonald's. They just through my mcdouble together sloppily, the outside of my sandwich was covered in sauce. Since this is a franchise store (I'm assuming) the menu was more limited with higher prices across the board. The place looks cleanish but the floors throughout were sticky. The food didn't taste fresh and the bun was chewy. The staff was pretty slow considering they weren't very busy and had 5 employees up front and another 4-5 in the back making food and running the drive thru window. To end my review the staff weren't that friendly either.
