Korea House - Longwood

I called trying to arrange for a large office (18 people) lunch order to be placed 24 hours prior. I was told they didn't offer lunch specials today (Monday), and to call tomorrow. I stated that was perfect since I wanted to order ahead for Tuesday anyway, so they had advance notice since it was a large office. I politely explain that was not a problem and asked if they did tomorrow (Tuesday). The woman who answered said, yes call tomorrow, no pre-order. I then explained we were a doctor’s office and wanted to place the order ahead of time since we only close for 1 hour and they open at 11:30 am. I was told for a third time to call tomorrow. I didn't tell the women this on the phone, but I choose this place since it was my birthday and obviously very disappointed in the customer service now. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Met with my friend for a lunch date. Very cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Loved the international music playing on the speakers. I had the Beef Bulgogi while my friend Eva had the Dubu Buchim, Yangnyum Dubu, and Korean Wings. Everything was delicious, and we both took home leftovers. Sabrina was very attentive, and she was very gracious. Generous portions that were shareable or could be eaten alone, so very good value for the money. Conveniently located as well: it's about 5-10 minutes away from my home. Ive been to many kbbq restaurants in the surrounding area and let me tell you, folks... Korea House is the REAL DEAL! Their ordering system is perfect for first timers, every single item I tasted was extremely high quality and DELICIOUS and the service is amazing. Gina is the SWEETEST and funniest lady ever!! Feels like Im at my Mamas house when Im there : Since discovering Korea House I really cant go anywhere else. The Beef Ganjang Butter Bibimbap is out of this world and worth the visit ALONE! Extremely good. We got the bibimbap, japchae, tteokboki, and beef bulgogi. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. The only issue I have with this place was the environment. It was very loud due to the air filters (I think that's what they were? and music trying to cover up that sound. I'm hard of hearing so it was a very uncomfortable dining experience because I couldn't even hear the people sitting next to me. If they had a more open space I think it would benefit them.
