Bayridge Sushi - Longwood

The service at this restaurant is horrible. Extremely long wait for your food and to check out. This used to be a great restaurant, but the last two times that we have gone, the food was mediocre and the service was horrible.

We've been to Bayridge many times but this was our first attempt at a large group. We made a reservation and arrived early but still had to a wait when the restaurant was half empty. Twenty minutes after that we had to ask to get a waiter for drinks and the children's food orders. Another twenty minutes before we asked the manager again about the drinks and taking food orders. Over all it took two hours to get food out which required us to continually engage the front of house management. The food, as always, was delicious when it did arrive, though! Get take out and avoid the service.

I buy delivery from this place at least twice a month. I love the food but the restaurant has a real problem when sending utensil or chopsticks by delivery. The last six deliveries I have specify how many people in our party but they just do not care. It ALWAYS sends fewer chopstick and someone had to eat with a fork. I bought today 8 rolls and specify party of 5 and they only sent three chopsticks. I got tired of this and finally decided to make a review. I will probably continue to buy food because I like it. But every time I will get fewer chopsticks I will post a negative review here until they correct this situation.
