Saltgrass Steak House - Longview

The waitress was sweet and did her job well. We had 3 appetizers for a party of 5. Place was not busy at all. Our main courses came out cold and took FOREVER!. The manager should have been seeing that the food got out in a timely manner. And hot foodshould have been served. I wont go back there. I cook a lot and i can do better at home ,but we were out of town and wanted agood meal.

Rio was our server he was great being from Tn and traveling all 48 states it is usually a hit an miss with steakhouses. BUT THIS ONE HIT THE MARK AND OVER THE MARK IN EVERY WAY!! Starting with the steak itself it was marinated and cooked to perfectiondidn't have to send out back not once. The manager came to check on us and the drinks were not skimpy on the alcohol GREAT JOBEVERYONE if I could rate more I definitely would.

Fantastic food! The table salads are thoughtfully cut into bite-sized pieces, making them easy to eat – a detail that I truly appreciate as a senior diner. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, and let me tell you, it’s enough for two meals! It's enormous! Our server, Ashley, was as delightful as the sweet tea. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return soon!

My server, Susannah, was fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection, and my Moscow Mule was the best I've ever had!

My wife enjoyed her favorite T-bone steak, while I had a steak salad. Both dishes were expertly prepared. The table service was excellent; we were seated promptly in a great location that accommodated my wife's rollator walker. Our waiter was outstanding, attentive to my wife's specific food allergies and her preferred steak preparation. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you!
