Subway St-Charles - Longueuil

I went to this restaurant with three friends, but I was the only one ordering. My friends just wanted water, and the staff kindly provided it for them. However, when the lady asked if they were ordering and they said no, she told us to leave as they were not customers. I tried to explain that they were with me, but she insisted that they needed to order or leave, threatening to call the police. Feeling unwelcome, I left with my food and went somewhere else. Unfortunately, the lettuce in my dish was soggy and wet, and the bread tasted like cardboard. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

We were unable to enter the restaurant before being informed that we couldn't sit down to eat or receive any bread because it was "dry." We spoke in both French and English, but the person working there insisted on only responding in French because of the law. This was a terrible experience, and it felt like the store should have just been closed. The staff member couldn't even be bothered to explain anything properly, just stating "the dining room is closed and the bread is dry." Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Super kind workers and is about what you'd expect from fast food in terms of what you're eating.

I have never written a Google review for any business before, but I couldn't stay silent about the incredibly rude and impolite staff at this Subway. Their behavior was completely shocking.

I enter the store all happy and I leave it mad. Let me explain. I started ordering and I said hi the person. She did not even respond to me and just did not care about what I said she just continued saying next next next without even caring about the customer. I said goodbye and the worker just looked at me in the eyes without saying anything.
