Always happy with the quality and the prices! The service is great and their time of response is reasonable.We get takeout from there every week. Would definitely recommend!
This restaurant may just be the worst I've ever encountered, and that includes any imaginary establishments out there in the universe. The cashiers are rude and completely incompetent. I genuinely wish I could speak to the owner, as it’s clear they lack the necessary skills to run a restaurant properly. Even a ten-year-old would likely make fewer mistakes when taking orders. I urge you to visit this place just so you can remember my words and realize how right I was. I’ll also be sharing a screenshot of one of the owner's responses to a negative review from months ago, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. These are the kinds of businesses that really shouldn't survive.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this sushi restaurant. I placed an order for $58 and specifically requested no avocados due to a severe allergy. Unfortunately, they included avocado in nearly all of my rolls. When I called to address the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They refused to remake my order or issue a refund. I couldn’t even eat the rolls that didn’t have avocado, as there was still cross-contamination. The lack of respect I received was appalling. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. They claimed I hadn’t ordered, but I have a bank statement and receipt with the restaurant’s name and address as proof.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for years, and I've always been happy with my meals.
