Rosario's Peruvian - Longmont

First time having Ceviche, had a wonderful time. Would recommend Juan-Carlos as a server, his knowledge and service left a taste as good in my mouth as the fish.?

We never had Peruvian food before, so we're intrigued by the menu. I had the food tour #6, and it was delicious! Great food, service, and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back. So Good!

It is always a delight to eat here. It takes me back to my childhood, and I love it. The food is so good. The portions are great sizes, but I always wish there was more.

Not only is this the best Peruvian restaurant in Colorado, it is one of the best restaurants. Everything is always cooked and seasoned perfectly. The tour plates are great to get a sampling of different entrees.
