This is the worst resturant around. The staff cant seem to take an order for lack of paying attention. So they giggle when you have to repeat the order over and over. The serve raw RAW HAMBURGER on their burgers. The manager just tries to dismiss your complaint like you dont matter. Have had to call and comlain NUMEROUS TIMES and nothing changes. So obviously its either management that is failing or the owners that are failing. If i was anyone reading this id stay far away. This place is a catastrophe. Wont be long before they give someone food poisoning. But hey management nor the owners will are in the slightest. If i had my way. I close the doors fire everyone. Then start fresh. Otherwise people of Firestone will still get the worst service and dining experience around. Honestly, seems as though they are trying to see just how awful they can be. Otherwise how can so many complaints be called in and NOTHING CHANGES, OVER A YEAR NOW AND ITS JUST BECOME EVEN WORSE!!!!!! Need to change slogan to IM HATING IT

The last 7 times I’ve come I have gotten a large strawberry smoothie not strawberry banana, just strawberry. Now all of a sudden the lady says you don’t do strawberry smoothies. Just wanna know what is the truth do you or do you not have plain strawberry smoothies? I feel like I’m getting played

Double check all food before you leave. We requested all of our food not to have onions on any of it. Everything had onion. It's like they rush to get the order out and didn't pay attention.

The fries are always fresh and the store manager was super sweet, her name was Lucy I believed and she helped us out so much while we were there, never seen a store manager so Hands on!!
