Bidra med feedbackYouth who work on all of them need a job adjustment. they argued with someone with ptsd and if the person they asked not to turn them to the cup on the head bc it makes them angry and could throw back the blizzard. they were threatened, they're going to police on them if they don't leave. the other made fun of the disabled.
I really appreciate the service I got here after a VERY bad Sonic experience. Very polite quality and quick staff. And allowed me to make 2 separate orders.Shift manager Sofia I believe had Great Customer Service!! Thank You!!
Long line on hot day, but that's expected people are nice and patient that's a plus.... went in to get my dog a pup cup. I think the cup could use a little more ice cream ?
I have been going to this DQ location for many years, and I am a long time user of the DQ Rewards Program. Recently, I checked my points history, and I observed that rewards had been redeemed THREE TIMES on 6/18/2022 and ONCE on 6/19/2022. This was NOT me or anyone in my household. Inside the mobile app, I noticed my phone number can be used as an alternate ID to access my account. The employee at this DQ location verified that accounts can be looked up and points redeemed using a phone number. These fraudulent redemptions could be happening at any DQ location. But, DQ will know the location and time stamp of the redemptions from my account, so it would be in their best interest to cross reference it with their surveillance cameras and determine who is doing this. What makes this situation even worse is that I reached out to DQ Corporate with this issue. They did not respond to me; instead, they completely deleted my DQ Rewards account. I still had over 2,000 points in the account (even after the four fraudulent redemptions). Not only am I unable to log in, but I can't even reset my password, because it seems my account no longer exists. It appears someone at DQ Corporate has deleted my loyalty account in retaliation for making an important point. DQ is owned by Berkshire Hathaway and definitely have the capital and resources to invest in technology to protect their customers' personal information and accounts. Clearly, they have failed to do that. I would like to have my loyalty account reinstated with all of my previous points and stolen points returned. Another annoying thing about this particular location is that it is a high volume restaurant, so the ice cream is often times melted when they give it to you. I have been told this is because they don't have enough room for more ice cream machines. So, the machines they have are pushing too much ice cream, and it's not fully chilled to the correct consistency when it comes out of the machine. There are better options in Longmont, if you want better ice cream for a similar price.
I just had to try the Reese's Take Five Blizzard, as that is my favorite candy bar ever. It definitely has that Take Five combination of peanuts and pretzels, peanut butter and caramel. The one thing I think would make it perfect would be a bit more chocolate. The peanut butter cups come through with peanut butter flavor, but the chocolate flavor wasn't noticeable. Maybe I'll try having it made with chocolate ice cream; that might just make it my perfect treat.
