Collision Brewing Company - Longmont

Wow, what an amazing restaurant! Who would have guessed that a brewery could offer so many gluten-free options! The staff was very knowledgeable and informed us that they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. The cocktails were delicious and the food was fantastic. We tried the cheese curds, chicken strips, and spinach artichoke dip. Personally, I would highly recommend the cheese curds and chicken strips, but the spinach artichoke dip was just okay. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with celiac disease or following a gluten-free diet.

We really enjoyed our favorite drink at this restaurant, the peanut butter and jelly old fashioned! The flavors were excellent. I also tried the orange maple bourbon salmon, which was delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future.
