Personal in register is professional, articulated, knowledgeable and concentrated with my transactions / purchase / order. this shows that management has made a wise setting choice. many thanks for their great service that it is easy to recommend or to eat back here. vegetarian options: large tasting vegetarian options in different categories.

Eating, the ambiente, is typical like any panera. clean, well lit, organized. why loouow review on service? one of the managers was extremely evil, with offensive speech when I went for my sip club subscription order pickup. she needs a customer sensitivity retraining. when the others load was close enough to stay where I was. I would have avoided this one manager. they give the whole load a black sign.

Careless employees, they avoid visual contact, so they do not have to help them and make the customers the extra steps instead of solving the problems themselves. eating is amazing tho, the only reason why I don't give 1 star. also the manager must improve their communication and hospitality skills.

I always love to sit here and drink my drink, the personal is super friendly and it is a cool environment.

I order online for pickup. Someone there has a problem with people. GET A DIFFERENT JOB. I asked for a different type of bread with my sandwich, I did not get it (No explanation either) I asked for extra dressing with my salad (Goddess Cobb) because the amount it comes with is insufficient! I DID NOT GET ANY EXTRAS (No explanation) I even said I would pay for the extra dressing. PANERA WEED THAT PERSON OUT! I'm pretty sure it's just ONE person causing customers to be dissatisfied with this restaurant. I will go to Subway...they give me what I ask for.!
