Bidra med feedbackThe management changed over the past few weeks, my pizza’s have not been looking or tasting the same. Last week I picked up my order notice a new employee she was not friendly as all the past employees have always been. (No biggie she’s new still) Last night I picked up my order My order was not ready I had to wait which is fine. But as I watched her handle money then walk to take pizzas out of oven stand with her phone in her hands texting or what ever she was doing then right over to touching the dough, ingredients etc then back to cutting my pizza all with out washing hands . That’s a big turn off. I asked if she was the manager she said yes shes the new manager. (Erin) If this the type of management you hire I won’t be returning She is very rude not friendly or professional and Very Very VERY disgusting

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza on Rte 83, Long Grove and had a great experience! The pizzas were delicious, with a crispy crust and fresh toppings. The parmesan bread bites were too good as well. I am a regular customer to this store but what really made this visit special was the store manager Monica!! She was friendly, very polite and great smile and went out of her way to make sure we had a great pizza experience with a surprising free desert. I will surely recommend Domino's at Long Grove to all the Pizza lovers!! I hope this helps you find a great pizza place!!
I order the pizza from this store often and being vegetarian always request cut with a clean knife. In all honesty the food quality is consistently good . Today a person who claimed to be the manager of this store location at long grove gave me the lowest possible customer service experience anyone could get . He denied to cut the pizza with clean cut , went overboard to claim that they never do that I always got it right here at the store , the lady at the front desk was ready to with the clean cutter but this gentlemen had some reservations and was adamantly refusing for reason best known to him. I tried to explain the reasoning behind the request but he was unwilling to understand . What kind of manager he would be if he can’t understand customer request . I am going to escalate the behaviors and issue to dominos corporate . People come with diverse cultures, food preferences and allergies and this is the first time some one had shown so much harshness at the store . When requested his name he did not disclose it .
The pizza and pasta was amazing and so was the chicken
