Sushi Zen Maru - Long Beach

This place has good food, but its really expensive. I have a dynamite roll and it only had six pieces. It was $16. It was good, but not sure if it's worth so much

The service here is good. Just what you expected from such a place. Food on the other side....TERRIBLE! That's the worst, tasty ramen I've ever had! ZERO taste. Literally tastes exactly how it looks like dirty plate water. Coated chicken, cheap beef and hard rice. Mushy tempura. What happened to this place? I lived on Pine years ago, and I ate here all the time? Where's the Japanese man who cooked here for years? Then the food was much better. Do not know how this place has managed to stay open and eat something like that. BEWARE of the FAKE GOOGLE also agrees. No, with a TONGUE that fills this square 5, 4, 3, 2 or 1 STAR!

Not good. The sushi is of subpqr quality compared to nearby other local establishments. This is the type of sushi you get at a grocery store. Additionally for the low rating is the service got my order wrong, the rest room light was out and was told that people use their phone light and they didn't have free water. Tried also sitting outside but they didn't clean their tables either. My note to the owners: you better pick up your game or you're out of business with so much better options in the area.
