Papalucci 's in Belmont Shore is our favorite Go to local Italian restaurant in Long Beach, CA. Always perfect Al Dente, delicious pasta, salads are fresh, seafood, pizza all great! Sad to see that they are closed at the end of September for health reasons, but Pasadena location will remain open.

My favorite Italian restaurant outside Italy!!! I live in Chicago and I make it to a point to come here every time I am in town: the staff and the chefs are great the owner is great: my favorite are the garlic nodes, spicy marinara extra sharp on angel hair pasta, and the calzone dessert!
