Panda Express - Long Beach

Bad experience. Not even. But three times! For the first time roasted rice burned. Disgusting. In the garbage. Second time paltry portions. It was like they were ultra cheap... we were disappointed. This is not a cheap meal!! Why snuck when it's $27 for two people? Third time, wrong order, wrong side given. And in addition, an allergy risk. If I had eaten what they had given me, I would have been sick. After 3 notifications to their company email, even their company office simply gave to communication, and until today no final answer has been received. All they did was send a form letter answer and a credit for a meal. Keep your pale gift ESPECIALLY when you ignore the actual problem. We will never again order from this store How badly managed and trained your staff is. What a black eye this place is. And to exclude everything, the corporate response, as described, was absolutely clogged and unacceptable. never again. Pretty much everything that could be messed up will be. We gave them three chances. You hardly deserve a star.

Bought lunch and was looking forward to it. The orange chicken and Beijing beef was not fresh and old and the Chow tasted like soap. As if they did not wash off the pan in which they were boiled.

There is no way to leave a 0 start evaluation. I order online for Uber delivery and they gave me the wrong food. I called to fix it or get my money back and deny it. Workers were very rude and disrespectful. And the record I order was a mess

I like the Orange Chicken and the Walnut Shrimp. The Egg Rolls n roasted rice is good. This panda is next to the pavilions of Spring n Woodruff in Long Beach

I know this place for more than 10 years!! And honestly they're great ?!! The manager and Lanny are adorable ? ??! Good portions,affordable prices ? highly recommended ? ?. And don't forget keep your receipts for the next visit you can have a free item in your purchase ? ????
