Bidra med feedbackThe pho was mediocre. The broth was bland and there was a very small portion of rare steak in the pho. I also ordered the oxtail pho and I was just as disappointed not only because of the portion, but the oxtails had very little meat on them and they were tough as hell!! I do not recommend this place at all. Especially when there are tons of very good pho restaurants all over the Long Beach area.
Pho was great! My daughter liked the fried rolls. The spring rolls needed a little more shrimp at this price, but the peanut sauce was good. Overall, I'll eat here again.
This restaurant was great to accommodate a big group of over 20+ we had, but I think we might have overwhelmed them. They did the best they could with service, but looked like they could use another hand. Overall the food is decent if you are craving Vietnamese food, but coming from the SGV with a variety of options I can't really compare. For me food was on the pricey side from what I'm used to. I ordered the beef ball pho which was ok. Their fried egg rolls were good. They do have a variety of things on the menu to choose from which is nice. The decor is simple and modern. The plus about this place is that they had their sliding doors open so it was very airy and circulated with fresh air. The negative is that they charge a fee for using a credit card which they don't say or post anywhere. I ended up paying cash to avoid this.
I'm Vietnamese and this place is such a wonderful authentic restaurant! There's a lot of fusion dishes but as well as very traditional authentic meals, which is what I love about this place. Super nice to stop in and have a meal and drink after walking down 2nd street. Try the fried rice and the passion fruit drink! Very hardworking staff. We definitely started digging into the noodles and rice before the photos. The portions are well worth the cost. We had to take home.
