Urban Village Grill - Lone Tree

It is unquestionably the best Indian restaurant in the South Denver area. The food is always excellent, the service is the same. The same bartender and waiters have been there for quite a while. The kale appetizer is enough for four people and is a must order.

Amazing food and service. So many good things to try and will be going back.

We were disappointed this time. They are missing the sweet, very efficient waitress that we’ve had several times in the past. Staff was unorganized, not attentive. Staff kept dropping things. We were told they were short on menus, yet there were only 4 customers there. The ambiance was missing this time. Received food before silverware. Sat us at the smallest table in the back because only two of us. Said they had lots of reservations for other tables yet it didn’t get busy for 90 mins! We had a reservation also but didn’t matter. We’ve always been seated near the front with a regular table with a nice candle. This was our Christmas Dinner celebration and even though the food is tasty, the service has gone way down. Because of the tiny table, we didn’t order all of our favorites because there wasn’t the space. Very disappointed!

We ate here with friends last night. Somehow, this place gets better and better and better every time. The food was absolutely amazing so flavorful. If you have not eaten here, this is a must-have experience.

The food at Urban Village Grill is excellent and that is why I go back. However, all times I have been, the service is awful The servers are friendly, so, it isn 't about demeanor. The right hand doesn 't know what the left hand is doing. Forgotten orders, over zealous initial checking in by multiple servers to then be left alone for long periods of time, multiple servers asking for your order when it has already been taken and they don 't seem to know that, main courses coming out with appetizers, appetizers coming out after main courses, and so on. It is comical how bad the service is for how long this place has been open. Again, the servers are warm and friendly; they just seem to have no clue about how to run an efficient and accurate service. If you eat here, have patience for the inevitable snafus, and just know the food makes it mostly worth it.
