Starbucks - Lone Tree

Had a horrible experience with an employee. Husband and I showed up 40 minutes before closing said hi to barista who threw her phone on the counter, put her hands up in the air, and informed us she wasn't going to make any drinks that required her to do dishes. My husband and I didn't even know how to respond since we literally just said hi.

The employee did not make our drinks correctly. We ordered a pink drink and she didn't add the coconut milk. We also ordered the frozen pineapple passion fruit drink. It was not frozen. It had a consistency more like water than a slushy. Additionally, the employee working there was not kind. She did not smile, nor did she make our drinks quickly. We were the only ones in line and it took 10 mins to make our drinks. I would recommend going to a Starbucks that is not inside a Safeway!

Passion fruit tea should not taste like water! i continuously receive water with a dash of passion fruit for color. please do better. this should be mostly passion fruit tea and… no the ice was not melted. i got 4 waters!

5 stars for Alyssa because she’s always really kind even when overwhelmingly busy. She makes a delicious oat milk brown sugar espresso shaken thing (much better than the folks at the stand alone Starbucks down the street).

Staff is not very attentive, stood there for a while before I was greeted or spoken too while 3 girls stood behind the counter doing nothing but chatting with each other.
