We had a horrible experience. This evening was to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day with our Grandson and daughter. From bathrooms on the fritz to no service while dining, we were not happy with the whole experience. We would never go back, even if it was free.

The “full experience” was cut short by not having the variety of meats coming by our table throughout the evening. I didn’t even see a couple of the items until we already paid our bill. We also were tricked into purchasing a soda as someone came around offering “a taste” and not mentioning AT ALL that it was a $5 beverage I’d be buying. I brought this to our servers attention, and he said he’d remove it, but then forgot when he gave us our bill, and they then had to correct it for us. That whole situation was ridiculous!

The salad bar had no toppings for an actual salad, many things were empty or not refilled. Nobody explained how the process worked. We were given 0 explanation of what options there were for the meal.

We have been to this location many times but this time was beyond disappointing. After being seated we were not greeted by a server, in fact we weren’t even sure who our server was until we got the bill at the end. Two servers were just standing there talking at the time and there were only two other tables beside us. We eventually got water after 20 minutes and halfway through I had to ask for our side dishes. All the meats were going to the surrounding tables but did not make it to our table. The servers were more attentive to the other tables, Offering new plates, clearing old plates, except for us. We asked if we can have specific meats sent over our way but it did not happen. After an hour there, We grew increasingly disappointed and did not enjoy our experience. We ended up closing out our bill and going over to Perry’s Steakhouse for dinner. I did observe one of the server, Jesus, was more friendly with the table next to us even asking for a review when he dropped off their check. We did not get the same level of service at all. The busboy was more helpful then whoever our server was. This experience was absolutely not worth what we paid and regrettably the tip we left.
