Fuji Hibachi Steakhouse Sushi In Edgewater

Fuji Steakhouse offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. The food was beautifully presented, with orchids on the plates and cute salt sculptures. However, there was a strange mishap with our bird dish missing its head and neck. Despite this, the food was tasty, ranging from soups and salads to sushi and stir-fry. I did order two sushi rolls for a family member to take home, but unfortunately, they described it as the mushiest and least appetizing sushi they had ever had. The fish inside the roll was not in chunks as expected, but rather appeared to be ground up in a blender like canned tuna. As a result, I will not be ordering takeout from here again.

My experience at this restaurant was awful. We didn't receive our drinks until we were halfway through our meal, and we had to ask for them a second time. It seemed that the staff prioritized entertaining other tables, allowing them to be loud and rowdy while doing multiple rounds of sake with other customers. I ordered a rare steak but received a medium well one, ruining the filet mignon. I will not be returning to either this location or the one in Gambrills.
