The Coach Stop Tavern - Londonderry

Good food and a little pricey. The outdoor seating is really nice but it's a bit unfortunate that it's near a main road with a lot of noise. Overall, worth a try, especially for that lobster roll!

We have gone to The Coach Stop before and had a better food experience. We went on Wednesday August 4, 2021 to celebrate my birthday and the service was very good but the food and atmosphere were lackluster. I ordered the veal Oscar which was either overcooked or cooked in old oil because it was very dark and hard to cut. My son's girlfriend ordered chicken broccoli Alfredo and there was no flavor she said, it was very bland. My daughter ordered the seafood Alfredo and it too was lacking flavor and was bland. My husband ordered the seafood fra diavolo which he said was good, but ordered a side of asparagus which was not cooked enough and came completely plain, no seasoning, sauce, or dressing of any kind. Very disappointed with our visit to a restaurant we know is capable of better. The atmosphere was due to these women who were seated behind us who were quite loud and were rude because they did not shut their phones off so they kept going off during dinner. I couldn't hear the conversation at our own table because of them. Kind of bummed out by the experience which surprised me.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and checked out this restaurant. We had an outstanding experience due to our bartender Heather. We sat at the downstairs bar where Heather waited on us. She was attentive, kind, funny, social, engaging, and beyond welcoming. She was the main reason we had such a terrific experience. The food was great, but Heather’s service was even better! The martinis look delicious- I can’t wait to enjoy one in a few months once my pregnancy is over. We will definitely be coming back here! Not only was Heather awesome, but all the wait staff that came to the bar to pick up their drinks were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out, and sitting at the bar with Heather!

Awesome Food ! We had Heather as are bartender. She was a great! Very kind and was always checking in on us. Will be coming by more often. This is a must go place Londonderry!

Very dated establishment. Rug smells…. dingy in dining area, food taste and prep was subpar at best. Dinnerware is low budget. Appetizers are frozen, food is bland, with no flavor, and poorly cooked. The actual food was of low quality as well. This was a one and done, first time visit for me. Our waitress Diane was excellent she was hustling! This place needs lots of work from food to interior. Feels like a locals place.
