Tommy Martin was super quick and helpful with taking our food. We weren?t sure what to get and he got us a pretty good food recommendations.

Okay so I'm not the one to usually post a review, but we ordered a small delivery order from Papa Ginos in Londonderry. We placed the order at 8:34 PM. I asked the newer papa Ginos employee 3 different times if delivery was still available. He assuredme that yes, we are still open and available for delivery. Here we are 1.5 hours later, and no pizza, no phone call, nothing. Heassured me the wait time was 35-45 minutes. *UPDATE* the door dash guy arrived, (NOT Papa Ginos) a few minutes later, pizza wascold and no explanation given. Rest assured I'll be reaching out to both Corporate and the local Londonderry store tomorrow. Atthis point I could've made an actual hot pizza from scratch that would have actually been a proper temperature, and not cost$40! like $40 for a large cheese and breadsticks, get outta here. last time I go to this location. Get your act together PapaGinos Second update, the local chain who did the order made the situation right, still waiting to hear from corporate but I'mnot gonna hold my breath. So I'm updating to two ????

Door dash is terrible . My order was ruined by the driver after a gave a 20 percent tip. Won?t order from a company that uses doordash

The staff at the Londonderry are amazing! Very customer oriented and friendly. Great job ladies!
