Partner went in to order 2 toasties, paid and briefly left to come back to collect his order. When he returned the girls behind the counter not only got the order wrong but told him they couldn't make one of the toasties because the kitchen was closed at 3pm? The premises states open till 5.30. Just screams pure and utter laziness to me

I walked into Foyle Street bakery on Saturday 15th May around 14.10. There was a girl in it that obviously knew the shop assistant was showing her all that she had bought in Primark. She girl behind the counter looked at me when I walked in but continued to ignore me standing there with purse in hand. That's not good customer service I had no option but to leave the shop.
