Tim Hortons - London

I ordered and everything bagel and received plain. I also ordered a turkey club and the bun was hard and stale. I called the store and was offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced by the manager Shawn. He did not offer to replace my food or rectify the situation. He was rude and was swearing. DO NOT SPEND MONEY

Laser scanners on counter are high enough to shine in my eyes every time I walk in. I've said something at least 5 times now to the manager and it never gets corrected. Over a year now.....

Absolute terrible experience, I have been picking up doordash oder here for several times. Crazy wait time, workers are absolutely rude and will ignore you. Once a worker flip a middle finger at me when I tried to park to the last parking spot to pick up my food. I’ve been to a lot of terrible Tim Horton but this one is the worst.

I try not to bash on places but if my french vanillas werent machine made id bet they would be incorrect too

Don’t come here on a Sunday if you value your time because the management doesn’t value yours.GROSSLY understaffed!!!!
