This restaurant in Mainland China is a pricey and lackluster version of The Alley.

I regretfully brought my son to this restaurant for his first visit today. I do not enjoy tapioca in my drinks and always request for my drink to be made without them. However, today when I asked the girl to make my drink without tapioca, she refused, stating that they are not allowed to do so and would get into trouble for not including the tapioca. She claimed that she couldn't change the recipe. I found this policy to be absurd, as I have placed Uber orders in the past specifying 'no tapioca' without any issue. I have also bought drinks there before and asked for no tapioca. I left the restaurant without ordering a drink, as it was clear that they would rather lose a paying customer than make a drink without tapioca. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will take my business elsewhere where they accommodate customer preferences.

Bad attitude of the girl at the counter. She was very arrogant . Smile when you see a customer. No greatings no smile . You are not at all doing a favour by working and getting paid . Not at all returning to this store ever again. Worst customer service of that arrogant

Bubble tea is super tasty, staff is always super friendly but in a calm and quiet way, and the space is clean and orderly.

. I went there few times, at least they should say hi to the customer but they don't , they just let us stay there and slowly come. They serviced slowly and didn't pay attention at work ?!They should be more happy when customer come!??
