McDonald's - London

I used to go to this McDonald's every morning before work for months. Unfortunately, they only got my order right 25% of the time. When I did speak up about it, the management was very disrespectful and made it clear that their main focus was on profits. I would recommend avoiding this McDonald's at all costs.

If you are in search of terrible service, waiting excessively long for your fast food, and consistently receiving incorrect orders, then this restaurant is for you. It is poorly managed and truly a joke.

As a person with limited mobility, I waited in my car for 18 minutes for my coffee at the curbside parking. I attempted to call the restaurant but received no answer. When I finally got my coffee, the staff was rude and advised me to go inside for faster service, which was not feasible due to my mobility issues and the ongoing Covid situation. I do not recommend this location to others.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite for supper. I ordered the fish fillet sandwich which I enjoyed immensely.

We had a long drive and the weather was a little messy so we decided to take a coffee break. Coffee was as great as McDonald's has made in in recent years. Service was very quick and appreciated.
