Kluck It - London

This was our first visit to the restaurant, and the food was quite tasty with friendly staff. We tried the waffle chicken, which we would rate a 6 out of 10. The chicken could have been crispier, and the waffle could have been cooked a bit longer. We also had the buffalo chicken, which we would rate an 8 out of 10. The buffalo chicken was excellent, perfectly cooked. However, the prices were high for the meal.

This will be the last time I order from this restaurant. I have ordered for pick up and dine-in before, and my personal experience is that the food is alright but they always mess up the order and it takes forever to be ready. This last time I ordered through their website using DoorDash and it was a complete rip off. I had to pay over $8 in delivery and service fees, plus a mandatory tip of just over $6. The total came out to over $85 for a couple of sandwiches, strips, and fries. It took almost 1.5 hours to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and needed to be reheated. I don't understand why I paid so much for delivery if the food was going to arrive cold after such a long wait. I guess the only positive thing is that they got the last order technically correct.

This restaurant is a complete disaster. It seems like their deep fryer is not working properly because everything came out soggy and disgusting. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Even their burger was disappointing. It's best if they shut down immediately.
