I had an issue with being overcharged. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the bill til I got home and that’s on me! However, they say they value feedback so I completed their guest survey. There has been no response so I will now proceed with my review! I took my grand daughter for dinner on Sun. Nov. 26. She indicated on the menu under Chicken Your Way that she wanted the 5 piece chicken TENDERS with fries a free regular side $14.99 plus gravy. The menu is confusing because it also offers chicken FINGERS $14.99 as well as a chicken fingers DINNER $18.99. I was charged $20.47. This is an overcharge of $5.48. SO check your bills. Also, they have CAA promotion but they certainly don’t promote it! Be sure to ask! That would have been another 10 $4.44 off. It wasn’t busy and service was acceptable. The fountain drinks $3.99 are refillable . I was impressed with the amount of chicken in my BBQ Chicken club and it was quite tasty. Toasting was too light.The onion ring side with upcharge was VERY good. Because I feel cheated and my survey has been ignored, I will not be returning!

Large group. Forgot half of us. First half of group finished eating then second half got their meals. Mostly cold and dry.Waitresses tried to make it better with apologies.Bad experience.Young manager seemed indifferent.UPDATE:After weeks, I'm asked to spend more time to fill out a survey???BTW:The bill I paid was over $1,000.00

We've been going here for 15 years. The food is consistent and food. The staff are professional and friendly. Good value for money.

Wonderful Service tonight. We had reservations for 22 and enjoyed everything about the evening. And the price was reasonable too!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Ordered $40 steak rare and they delivered it less than blue (barely touched the grill), it was also incredibly tough and chewy. Shrimp was tasty but small in quantity. Fries were very good. Would not go again.
