YO! Sushi - Richmond - London

We went to this restaurant for a meal before the theatre, but the service could use some improvement. We started to get anxious about the timing, as even when we tried to ask for our bill, the waitress acknowledged it but then went off to serve three other tables. The olives were drenched in marinade, but the chicken Milanese and chicken Caesar were both good. The Pinot Grigio was also decent. It might have been okay for a leisurely lunch, but for a pre-theatre meal, the service needs to be more efficient, and unfortunately, it was not up to par.

The menu has been updated since my last visit, offering a larger selection but also higher prices. The food was delicious. I felt sorry for the two young women working there as the restaurant quickly filled up with diners both indoors and outdoors, leaving them overwhelmed. Service was slow and it was difficult to get their attention, but it was not their fault as they were clearly working hard with limited staff. As a result, the bathrooms were also in need of maintenance.

Great service, especially playing day in Twickenham! We were very appreciated for the quick turn when we drove to Rugby We also liked our allergies being checked as one of our party has a heavy sesame allergy. Will return definately and recommend

We precooked a table and arrived a little early. However, we were greeted with a smile and could enjoy a drink until 12 a.m. when the main menu arrived. The Foccacia was light and tasty, and our dishes from lamb and Calamari were wonderful, with good portion size and excellent presentation. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff ensured that we were served as soon as possible. We were just too happy to enjoy the ambience and the lady who served us had a wonderful friendly but professional way. This is our favorite restaurant when you visit this area. We also think it is a good value for money because of the quality of food. We have no concerns about recommending Carluccio's in Richmond.

I wanted to go here tonight and win or I lost. Waited age until someone first take the drink then the food order. My tip was about 3
