The restaurant is elegant and upscale. Despite it being a Monday night, it was bustling with customers, which is usually a positive sign for a dining establishment.

The food lacked flavor, the meatballs seemed frozen, the service was slow, and a busboy even handled a meatball with his bare hands before placing it in our takeout container without sealing it.

A friend recommended this restaurant to me, so I decided to give it a try after a long day of shopping. My first impression was positive - the restaurant was nice and the parking lot was not crowded.
